This report provides a list of preventive maintenance schedules and can be found under the preventive maintenance reports category from the left menu.
Below is a sample of what the report may look like:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, the chart below provides descriptions of the possible columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Master Job ID | ID for the PM Job. |
Description | Description of the PM Job. |
Schedule Type | Trigger for the schedule (Calendar, Meter, or On Demand). |
Duration | Expected duration of the maintenance. |
Charge To | Asset the maintenance is done on. |
Frequency & Freq. Type | For calendar PMs: How often maintenance should be done & unit of measurement (days, months, quarters, etc) |
Next Due | When the job is next due. |
Last Scheduled / Performed | When the job was last scheduled or performed. |
Last Work Order | Last work order that was generated by this PM |
Last Work Order Status | Status of the last work order that was generated by this PM |
Meter ID | ID of the meter being used for the job (Meter PMs only). |
Meter Interval | Value that the next meter reading must reach or exceed in order to trigger the PM into a work order. |
Meter Last Due | Meter value when the meter was last due |
Assigned To | Personnel that the maintenance is assigned to. |
Priority | How important this work order is |
Type | Type of PM - for more help see Setting Up Lookup Lists. |
Shift | Shift that the maintenance should be performed during. |
Inactive | Whether the schedule is still being used. |
Down Required | When this is Checked the Asset must be Down to perform the work |
Calendar Slack | Number of days that may pass between when the PM was Scheduled and when it must be performed. See Calendar Slack for more help. |
