About PM On Demand Groups

An on demand-based PM job is one that is triggered by specific conditions, indicators, or seasonal requirements. Conditions such as specific performance data or failure predictions or seasonal requirements such as Spring Cleanup or Winter Snow removal. 


The PM On Demand Group is the department responsible for this maintenance. By selecting the on demand group, you are already delegating whatever work is needed to the necessary department, making the process smoother and more efficient.


In order to add a new on demand group you will need to access your Lookup lists:

  1. From the left sidebar select Configuration.
  2. From the left sidebar again, select Lookup Lists.
  3. From the dropdown menu at the top, select Preventive Maintenance On Demand Groups.
  4. Use the blue + icons to add new groups.
