How do I Mass Complete or Cancel Work Orders

There are times when you may want to Mass Complete or Mass Cancel work orders for a user for example, when that person needs to be Inactivated.

From the Work Order Search grid

Selecting the users work orders

We will start from the Work Order Search page. From the Left Menu select Maintenance->Work Order->Search and the Work Order search page will be displayed.

  1. From the Search page Select the View Icon
  2. From the Views choose Select Assigned Users
  3. From the Dropdown List select the User assigned to the work orders then Click Ok



Selecting only the Scheduled work orders

Now that we have all the work orders assigned to the User we are going to Filter the work orders to show just the Schedule work orders.

  1. Click on the Filter Icon
  2. Select the Status "Scheduled" from the Dropdown List
  3. Click Apply



Complete the work orders

Now that we have all the scheduled work orders assigned to the User we are going to Complete or Cancel the desired work orders.

  1. Select the checkbox to the Left of the work order number for all of the work orders you wish to Complete or Cancel
  2. To Complete Click on the Complete Icon and Follow the Work Order Completion Wizard



Cancel the work orders

Now that we have all the scheduled work orders assigned to the User we are going to Complete or Cancel the desired work orders.

  1. Select the checkbox to the Left of the work order number for all of the work orders you wish to Complete or Cancel
  2. To Cancel Click on the Cancel Icon and Select the Cancel Reason from the Dropdown List
  3. Enter Cancel Comments if desired
