Completing a Work Order

This article describes how to complete a work order, view past completed work orders, and reopen past completed work orders. 


Completing a Work Order

  1. From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Work Orders, then Search.
  2. Select the work order you would like to complete. If you cannot find it, check your settings and filters at the top. For more help, see Filtering and Viewing Work Orders/Requests.
  3. At the top right, select Complete. The Work Order Completion Criteria will open.
  4. Certify that you agree to the terms of the safety criteria by checking the certification box and select Next.
  5. Fill out the required Duration and Failure Code fields and select Next.
  6. Fill out any completion comments you may have and select Next.
  7. Select Complete and follow the Work Order Wizard steps to confirm. For help editing the work order wizard steps, see Setting Up WO Wizard.



Viewing Past Completed Work Orders

  1. From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Work Orders, then Search.
  2. At the top left, select the grey box with three lines. 
  3. Select Completed Work Orders and select the time range you would like to view fromYou should now be able to view past completed work orders.


Reopening Past Completed Work Orders

  1. Once you are able to view past completed work orders, select the one you would like to reopen.
  2. At the top right, select Action and then Reopen. A confirmation to reopen should appear.
  3. Select Yes.
