This report provides information on the results of Completed PMs that have Tasks that are not Completed and can be found under the Work Order reports category from the left menu.
First, select the date you would like to generate the report through. Below is a sample of what the report may look like:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, the chart below provides descriptions of the possible columns:

Work Order ID | ID of the Work Order |
Description | Description of the work to be completed |
Charge To | Asset the Work Order is Charged To |
Charge To Name | Name of the Asset the Work Order is Charged To |
WO Type | Type of Work Order Ex. PM - Preventive Maintenance which can be found in the work order lookup list. |
WO Completed by | Name of User who Completed the Work Order |
Complete Date | Date the Work Order was Completed |
Task Status | Status of the Task |
Task Number | Number of the Tasks |
Task Description | Task Description - description of the work to be completed for the Task |
Comments | Work Order Comments |
