Labor Scheduling

The Labor Scheduling module acts as a calendar that also allows you to schedule multiple work orders at a time to the same personnel and date. 


To schedule labor for one day at a time, you can also use the Daily Labor Scheduling module.


Below is a sample labor scheduling forecast - in list and calendar view. 


To access the labor scheduling forecast, select Maintenance, then Work Orders, then Scheduling, and finally Labor Scheduling.




You may filter what work orders show up based on personnel they are assigned to as well. 


Scheduling Work Orders Using the Labor Scheduling Module

  1. Select Available Work at the top right.
  2. Use the checkboxes in the left column to select the work orders you would like to schedule together. 
  3. Select + Add.
  4. Select the personnel you would like to add them to and the date you would like to schedule them to.
  5. Select the X in the top right corner. 
  6. Enter the number of hours you're expecting the maintenance to take in the box under Hours and click Return on your computer to save.
  7. Select Save.



Reassigning Work Orders (List View)

  1. Filter down to the work order you would like to Reassign by using the date and personnel drop down menus.
  2. Select the checkbox to the left of the work order you would like to reassign.
  3. Select Reassign and select the desired user to ReAssign the Work Order to
  4. Select Save.



Rescheduling Work Orders (List View)

  1. Filter down to the work order you would like to reschedule by using the date and personnel drop down menus.
  2. Select the checkbox(es) of the work order(s) you would like to reassign.
  3. Select Reschedule and enter the new date and personnel or select Remove to unschedule it.
  4. Select Save.



Rescheduling Work Orders (Calendar View)

  1. Find the work order on the calendar and select it.
  2. Select the new date.
  3. Select the green printer icon to save.
