Scheduling a Work Order

Personnel you assign or schedule a work order to is typically the corporation that will complete that work. You can add multiple to a work order.


To view all scheduled work orders in a list or calendar view, see either the Labor Scheduling Module or Daily Labor Scheduling module. You may also schedule multiple work orders together in both.


Of course, in doing any of the above, you must also have existing personnel and an existing work order. For more help in creating either, see:


Scheduling a Work Order

  1. From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Work Order, then Search. From here, you have two options. You may either:
  2. Select the checkbox in the leftmost column of the work order you would like to schedule and then select Schedule at the top right or Select the work order you would like to schedule and then select Schedule at the top right. 
  3. Select Add Schedule
  4. Select the personnel you would like to add to the work order under Assigned
  5. Select the date you would like the work order to be completed under Schedule
  6. Select Save
