Adding Asset Warranty Information

  1. Click Maintenance | Assets 

  2. Select an Asset ID from the Asset Search Page

  3. Scroll down and click Edit 

  4. Click Warranty on the left side 

  5. Select the Date the Warranty Expires 

  6. Click the search icon and select a Vendor from the search pop-up

  7. Enter a Description of the Warranty

  8. Click Save

 

NOTE: All Warranty Information can be viewed on Asset Warranty Report, available under the Asset in the report module.
