Editing Part Information

  1. Click Inventory Part 

  2. Select a Part from the Part Search page

  3. The Part detail page will open.  

  4. You may edit the fields by clicking edit and typing in new information or selecting a value from the Drop-down Menus.  

  5. Click Save to save your changes.

 

How to Change a Part ID :
  1. Click Action | Change Part ID 

  2. Type in the new Part ID

  3. Click Save

 

How to delete a Part ID :
  1. Click Action | Inactivate 

  1. Click Delete

  2. You will be returned to the Parts Search Page

How to Review Part History :
  1. Click History on the left side 

 

How to Review Part Receipts :
  1. Click Receipts on the left side 

 

How to Add Part Receipts :
  1. Click Inventory | Receipt 

  2. Enter the Part ID 

  3. Enter the Unit Cost

  4. Enter the Quantity

  5. Click Add
