Part cycle counts involve taking physical inventory of Active parts to make sure that inventory records are accurate.
The parts involved in the count depend on their count frequency, which can be updated or changed in the part's information section and the Part must be Active.
Note: The only parts returned in Cycle Count will be those that have a Count Frequency greater than 0 and Generate Through date that is Equal to or Greater Than the Last Counted Date plus the Count Frequency. Example if you last counted on 7/20/2025 and your Count Frequency is 364 then it will only show on the Cycle count when the Generate Through date is at least 364 days from 7/20/2025

Generating Part Cycle Counts
- From the left sidebar, select Inventory and then Cycle Count.
- Select the date by which you would like to have the counts by, and filter any parts using the filter section.
- Select Process. Any Active parts that need to be counted within the date range (depending on their count frequency) will appear.
- Enter the quantities of the parts counted under the count section.
- Only those parts which you actually enter a count for will be updated. If the quantity on hand is 0 you must enter 0 in the count and get the green check for the part to be counted.
- Select Record Count once finished. The part's inventory will now be updated.
