The Report Category Enterprise - CMMS is only available to Enterprise CMMS Customers
This report provides Summary information about Inventory count Accuracy by Site and can be found under the Enterprise - CMMS category from the left menu.
First, select the date range for which you'd like to generate the report through. Below is a sample of what the report may look like:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
The chart below provides descriptions of the columns available for this report:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Site Name | The site that you are viewing. |
| Total Count | Total number of Individual Part IDs counted |
| Part ID No Variance | Total number of Individual Part IDs without a Variance. Part ID count equal to what was reported quantity on hand |
| Part ID With Variance | Total number of Individual Part IDs with a Variance. Part ID count NOT equal to what was reported quantity on hand |
| Total Part Count No Variance | Total number of Parts without a Variance. Part count equal to what was reported quantity on hand |
| Total Part Count with Variance | Total number of Parts with a Variance. Part count NOT equal to what was reported quantity on hand |
| Total Parts Qty Counted | Total of all Parts counted (Part count without variance + Part count with variance = Total Parts Qty Counted) |
| Percent Accurate | Percent of Accuracy of Part Cycle Count |
