The Report Category Enterprise - CMMS is only available to Enterprise CMMS Customers
This report provides Summary information about Inventory Value, Maximum and Minimum by Site and can be found under the Enterprise CMMS category from the left menu.
Below is a sample of what your report may look like:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, the chart below provides descriptions on the possible columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Site Name | Name of the site you are viewing. |
| SKU Count | Count of Individual Part numbers |
| Total Quantity | Total on hand quantity of all parts |
| Total Value | Total Value of all parts |
| Total Parts at or below Min | Total number of parts at or below Minimum stocking level |
| Total Parts above Max | Total number of parts above Maximum stocking level |
| Value above Max | Total value of Parts above Maximum stocking level |
| Critical Part SKU Count | Total number of Individual Part Numbers that are marked as Critical |
