This report provides information about how accurate your inventory count was and can be found under the inventory reports category from the left menu.
First, select the date range for which you'd like to generate the report through. Below is a sample of what the report may look like:
The chart below provides descriptions of the columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Parts Counted | Number of Part IDs that were counted |
| Parts with No Variance | Part IDs with no variance |
| Parts with a Variance | Part IDs with variance |
| Qty Counted - No Variance | Number of individual parts with no variance |
| Qty Counted - With Variance | Number of individual parts with variance |
| Total Parts Qty Counted | Total number of individual parts counted |
| Percent Accurate | Percentage of accuracy of your inventory count |
