Canceling Sanitation Jobs

This article describes how to cancel a sanitation job. There are two methods.

Method One

1. From the left sidebar select Sanitation, then Jobs, then Search.
2. Use the checkbox in the left most column to select the job(s) you would like to cancel. 
3. Select Cancel at the top.
4. Select a reason for cancellation using the dropdown menu and add any comments.
5. Select Save.

Method Two

1. From the left sidebar select Sanitation, then Jobs, then Search.
   
2. Select the ID of the job you would like to cancel.
3. Select Action at the top right and then Cancel.
4. Select a reason for cancellation using the dropdown menu and add any comments.
5. Select Save.
