Adding a Sanitation Request

Modified on Tue, Aug 27 at 4:19 PM

Users may submit sanitation requests, which managers must review and approve or deny.

There are two methods to create sanitation requests: using On Demand Procedure and Describe What You Need.

Use On Demand Procedure, or an MSSOP, is a pre-existing procedure that will automatically fill out what needs to be done. For help creating these, see Adding a Master Sanitation Standard Operating Procedure.

Describe What You Need, where you manually describe what needs to be done.

This article describes how to submit a sanitation request.

For more help with the sanitation workflow, see The Sanitation Workflow.

Adding a Sanitation Request

  1. From the left sidebar, select Sanitation, then Jobs, and then Search.
  2. At the top right, select Action and then Add Sanitation Request.
  3. Select the method you would like to use: On Demand or Describe What You Need.
  4. If you selected Use On Demand, select the procedure you would like to use and then the asset you would like to charge it to.
  5. If you selected Describe What You Need, select the asset you would like to charge it to and fill out the description with the procedure details and select the asset you would like to charge to.
  6. Select Save. The new request will be created. You may add photos, tasks, labor, notes, tools, chemicals and supplies, and assignments to the request by using the left menu.
