Adding Tools to Sanitation Jobs

This article describes how to add tools to your sanitation job.

Adding Tools

1. From the left sidebar select Sanitation, then Jobs, then Search.
2. Select the ID of the sanitation job you would like to add to.
3. Use the left menu to select Planning and then Tools.
4. Select + Add Tools.
5. Use the Lookup List dropdown to select the tool you would like and the quantity you need. You may add instructions for the tool.
6. Select Save when you are done.

Note:

Edit an existing Tool:

        1.  Click Pencil

        2.  Edit any field that is not shaded in gray

        3.  Click Save to Save your changes

Delete a Tool:

        1.  Click Trash to the right of the Tool to delete 

        2.  A message will be displayed Are you sure you want to delete this?

        3.  Click yes to delete the Tool or Click no to cancel the deletion
