This article describes how to add tools to your sanitation job.
Adding Tools
- From the left sidebar select Sanitation, then Jobs, then Search.
- Select the ID of the sanitation job you would like to add to.
- Use the left menu to select Planning and then Tools.
- Select + Add Tools.
- Use the Lookup List dropdown to select the tool you would like and the quantity you need. You may add instructions for the tool.
- Select Save when you are done.
Note:
Edit an existing Tool:
1. Click Pencil
2. Edit any field that is not shaded in gray
3. Click Save to Save your changes
Delete a Tool:
1. Click Trash to the right of the Tool to delete
2. A message will be displayed Are you sure you want to delete this?
3. Click yes to delete the Tool or Click no to cancel the deletion
