You can use master sanitation schedules to automatically generate sanitation jobs through SOMAX. The auto generation is based on the needed frequency of sanitation jobs, which is set up when creating the schedule.
This article describes how to create the MSS. See Auto Generating Sanitation Jobs for more help.
Creating a Master Sanitation Schedule
- From the left sidebar, select Sanitation, then Master Schedule, then Search.
- At the top right, select New Sanitation Master.
- Fill out a brief description, select the asset you would like to charge the work to, select the schedule type, and when the work is next due. These are the only required fields, though you may add additional information. See the chart below for descriptions of each field.
- Select Save & Add Another or simply Save.
- You should now be able to access your newly created schedule and edit even more information. This is also where you may add tasks, notes, attachments, tools, and chemicals.
