Generating Master Sanitation Schedule Jobs

You can use Master Sanitation Schedules to generate sanitation jobs through SOMAX. The Master Sanitation Job Generation is based on the needed frequency of sanitation jobs, which is set up when creating the Master Sanitation Schedules.

This article describes how to Generate Master Sanitation Jobs. 

Generating Sanitation Jobs

1. From the left sidebar, select Sanitation, then Master Schedule, and then Generate Sanitation Jobs. The generator should appear.
2. From the left side, use the dropdown menus to select the schedule type and the date you would like to generate jobs through.
3. From the right side, you may add any filters to your job search. These filters are based off of your asset groups, which you can customize at Setting up Site Details.
4. Select + Process.
5. All of the jobs that are scheduled to be completed within the selected date range should appear. 
6. Use the checkboxes at the leftmost column to select all of the jobs you would like to create. 
7. Select + Create Sanitation Jobs. You may also print these jobs.
