This report provides information about labor on Sanitation Jobs and can be found under the sanitation reports from the left menu.
First, select the date range for which you'd like to generate reports through. Below is a sample of what your report may look like:
You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. For more help see Customizing Reports:
Additionally, the chart below provides descriptions of the columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| User ID | UserName of the user's labor record |
| User Name | First and Last Name of the user's labor record |
| Labor Date | Date that the labor occurred. |
| Job ID | ID of the sanitation job. |
| Description | Description of the job. |
| Hours | Actual duration of the job. |
| Job Status | Status of the job. |
| Sched. Duration | Expected duration of the job. |
| Sched. Date | Expected date of the job. |
| Shift | Shift that the job occurred in. |
