Submitting a Work Request for Request Only Users

A work request is a request by a user for work to be done on a particular asset, and if approved, will become an official work order. It contains information such as:

• what specific tasks must be done
• what asset the work must be done on
• the priority of the work as assed by the creator

This article describes how to create a work request as a work request only user.

Submitting a Work Request

1. At the very top right, select New Work Request.
2. Fill out the request's Type, the asset the work is being Charged to, and a Description of the work.
3. Select Save at the bottom right.
