The user management page is where you can view and edit a User or Inactivate a User. Only a User with Configuration Functions will be able to Inactivate a User.
This article describes how to Inactivate a User. You will Not be able to set a User to Inactive if they are Assigned to any Open Work Orders or are Assigned to any Active Preventive Maintenance Schedule records.

To Resolve Inactivation Issues
Inactivating a User
- From the Left sidebar Menu Select Configuration. This will bring you to the Configuration Dashboard
- From the Left sidebar Menu Select User Management.
- Select the User you wish to Inactivate.
- Select the Action Menu in the Upper Right.
- Select Inactivate From the Action Menu.
- A Message will be displayed Are You Sure Do you want to Inactive this user?
- Select Yes and the Message Success User inactivate successfully will be displayed.
- Select OK and you will be returned to the User Management Detail page
- The Users Status will now be displayed as Inactive
