Inactivate a User

The user management page is where you can view and edit a User or Inactivate a User. Only a User with Configuration Functions will be able to Inactivate a User.


This article describes how to Inactivate a User. You will Not be able to set a User to Inactive if they are Assigned to any Open Work Orders or are Assigned to any Active Preventive Maintenance Schedule records.

Inactivating a User

  1. From the Left sidebar Menu Select Configuration. This will bring you to the Configuration Dashboard
  2. From the Left sidebar Menu Select User Management.
  3. Select the User you wish to Inactivate.
  4. Select the Action Menu in the Upper Right.
  5. Select Inactivate From the Action Menu.
  6. A Message will be displayed Are You Sure Do you want to Inactive this user?
  7. Select Yes and the Message Success User inactivate successfully will be displayed.
  8. Select OK and you will be returned to the User Management Detail page
  9. The Users Status will now be displayed as Inactive
