The user management page is where you can view and edit a User or Inactivate a User. Only a User with Configuration Functions will be able to Inactivate a User.
You will Not be able to set a User to Inactive if they are Assigned to any Open Work Orders or are Assigned to any Active Preventive Maintenance Schedule records.

Resolving Issues when Inactivating a User
When attempting to Inactivate a User you may be presented with a Error Message that states you are unable to Inactivate the user.
- This User Id is referenced from X different Work Order Schedule Record. Cannot be Inactivated
- This User is referenced on X PM Schedule Assignments. The user cannot be inactivated until they are removed from the assignment.
Remove the User from Work Order Schedule Records
- From the Left sidebar Menu Select Maintenance -> Work Order -> Search.
- From the Work Order Search Page Choose the View Select Assigned Users.
- Select the Desired User and Click Ok
- From this page you will Re-Assign the Work Orders to a different User or you can Choose to Remove the Schedule and set the Work Order Status back to Approved
- Select the checkbox to the Left of the Work Order ID(s) you want to Re-Assign
- The Ribbon changes on the Search Page to display the Schedule button
- To Remove the Assignment and set the Work Order back to the Approved Status Click the Schedule button and Select Remove Schedule then Click Yes on the System Message
- To Re-Assign the Work Order to another user Click the Schedule button and then Select Add Schedule. Select the New User and Scheduled Date from the Pop up box then Select Save.
Remove the User from Preventive Maintenance Schedule Records
- From the Left sidebar Menu Select Maintenance -> Preventive Maintenance -> Search.
- From the Preventive Maintenance Search Page Action Menu Select Reassign.
- Select the Filter option from the PM Scheduling Reassign Page
- Enter the User Name in the Assigned To filter box then Click Search
- The PM Schedule Records for the Assigned User will be displayed
- Select the Check box to the Left of the Assigned To, this will select the PM schedule records you wish to Re-Assign.
- Click the Reassign button.
- Select the User from the Pop up box you wish to Re-Assign the PM Schedule Records to and Click Process.
- Acknowledge the Success message and the Selected PM Schedule records are Re-Assigned.
