This report provides stock and non stock part issues to assets, organized by asset, and can be found under the Asset Report category in the left menu.
Below is a sample report:
This report has no optional columns that can be displayed, but you can change the column positions by selecting the Configuration Icon 
in the upper Right corner of the Report. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, below is a chart providing descriptions of all of the possible columns:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Asset Name | Name of Asset the Part was issued to |
| Part No. | Number or ID of the part. |
| Description | Description of the part. |
| Transaction Type | Type of transaction of the part to the asset. |
| Date | When the transaction occurred. |
| Quantity | Number of parts issued. |
| UOM | Unit of Measure, how the part is issued |
| Cost | Cost per part. |
| Total | Total cost of the same part (Quantity * Cost = Total Cost) |
| Issued to User | User Name who the part was issued to |
| Issued to Name | Name of who the part was issued to |
