Part Checkout

  1. Click Inventory Checkout 

  2. Select who you’d like to issue it to 

  3. Select a Charge Type value

  4. Select a Charge To by clicking the search icon or tree (if you picked asset) and selecting a record

  5. Select a Part ID by clicking the search icon and choosing a part record

  6. Enter a Quantity value

  7. Click Add 

  8. The Part will be added to the list of parts to issue and the cursor focus will be set to the Part ID. You may enter or select another part and click Add to issue against the same Charge To information. Or, you may optionally repeat steps 2 through 6 for each part that you are checking out.

  9. Click Confirm to complete the Part Checkout process


NOTE: If the process was finished successfully, this pop-up will be displayed
