Re-Schedule or Re-Assign a Work Order

1. Click Maintenance | Work Orders | Search and the list of Work Orders is displayed



2. Click on the View Icon in the Upper Left to Open the View Selections



3. Select the Assigned Users View from the list of available Views



4. Select the User(s)you wish to Re-Schedule or Re-Assign Then Click Ok



5. Select the desired Work Orders by Checking the box on the left of the Work Order Number

6. Click on Schedule then the Add Schedule selection



7. Select the desired User(s), then select the Schedule Date and Click Save




You have now successfully Re-Scheduled or Re-Assigned the desired Work Orders
