Using the Preventive Maintenance Forecast

The PM Forecast is process that will generate and show you a Forecast of upcoming PM jobs. The Forecast Generation can only be used for on demand or calendar type jobs, as meter types are based off of a recorded reading rather than a schedule.


This article describes how to use the PM forecast.


Using the PM Forecast

  1. From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Preventive Maintenance, and then Forecast.
  2. Select the job type (calendar or on demand), and the date through wish you would like to Forecast jobs through.
  3. Select Process.
  4. A list of PMs will appear that meet the selected Generate Through Date.
