Verifying Sanitation Jobs

The verification workbench is the last step in the sanitation workflow. It is where supervisors check that the sanitation job was performed correctly and may either Pass the job or Fail it. Failing the job will Create a New Sanitation Request modeled after the Failed Job. The New Sanitation Request will need to be reviewed, approved and scheduled for completion.

Verifying Sanitation Jobs

1. From the left sidebar select Sanitation, then Jobs, and then Verification.
2. Use the checkboxes in the left most column of each job to select each job you would like to pass or fail. Note that you must pass or fail in separate batches.
3. Before you fail a job, you may provide reasons for failure so that, when scheduling the new request, you will know what extra work must be done. Use the dropdown menus and typing boxes to provide a reason or any comments.
4. Scroll down and select either Pass or Fail.
