This report provides information about parts and their vendors and can be found under the inventory reports category from the left menu.

You may customize your report by choosing which columns are shown and where by selecting the Configuration Icon in the top right. A quick tutorial is shown; for more help see Customizing Reports:
Finally, the chart below provides descriptions of the possible columns:

| Part No. | No. of the part. |
| Part Description | Description of the part. |
| Vendor ID | ID of the vendor for that part. |
| Vendor Name | Name of the vendor for that part. |
| Preferred | Whether the vendor is preferred for that part (mainly used in auto purchasing) |
| Catalog No. | Catalog number provided by Vendor |
| Manufacturer | Manufacturer of the part. |
| Manufacturer ID | ID of the manufacturer. |
| Price | Price per part. |
