This report provides summary information about the costs of completed work orders by work order type and can be found under the work order reports category from the left menu.
First, select the date range you'd like to generate the report through. Below is a sample of what your report may look like:
Additionally, the chart below provides descriptions of the columns:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Work Order Type | Type of work order, which can be found in the work order lookup lists. |
Count of Work Orders | Number of work orders for that type. |
Total Part Cost | Total costs of parts for those work orders. |
Total Labor Hours | Total number of hours for those work orders. |
Total Labor Cost | Total cost of labor hours for those work orders. |
Total Other Cost | Total other costs for those work orders. |
