This article describes how to use SOMAX Support and Knowledge Base Articles.
To access SOMAX Support and Knowledge Base Articles Click on your User Information Icon then Select Support.
The below page will be displayed where you can search SOMAX Knowledge Base Articles, watch Videos or submit a Support Ticket.
To Search SOMAX Knowledge Base Articles click in the Search box and enter your question as shown below.
To submit a SOMAX Support Ticket, Select Submit a ticket and complete the form as shown below. After completing the form Click the checkbox I'm not a robot and then Click Submit. Your request will be sent to SOMAX Support and a response will be sent to the email provided.
Note: It is always helpful to provide what company you work for, what specific item the problem is with and a screenshot of the problem or issue you are having.
