Reassigning PM Jobs

This article describes how to reassign a PM job. This process is not meant to assign multiple users to PM Schedule assignment records. 


Caution: If you do not Filter for a specific user or other criteria and select the checkbox to select all the process will update all of the Assignment records to the user you choose in Re-Assign.


Reassigning PM jobs

  1. From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Preventive Maintenance, then Search.
  2. Select Action at the top right and then Reassign.
  3. Using the checkboxes in the leftmost column, select all of the PM Jobs you would like to reassign to the same personnel. 
  4. Select + Reassign
  5. Select the personnel you would like to reassign the group to. 
  6. Select Process.
  7. Select Cancel to return to the search page.



Note: If there are already multiple users on the Assignment records, then only the user that is selected will be re-assigned and the others are left still assigned to the schedule record.
