This article describes how to reassign a PM job. This process is not meant to assign multiple users to PM Schedule assignment records.
Caution: If you do not Filter for a specific user or other criteria and select the checkbox to select all the process will update all of the Assignment records to the user you choose in Re-Assign.
Reassigning PM jobs
- From the left sidebar, select Maintenance, then Preventive Maintenance, then Search.
- Select Action at the top right and then Reassign.
- Using the checkboxes in the leftmost column, select all of the PM Jobs you would like to reassign to the same personnel.
- Select + Reassign.
- Select the personnel you would like to reassign the group to.
- Select Process.
- Select Cancel to return to the search page.
Note: If there are already multiple users on the Assignment records, then only the user that is selected will be re-assigned and the others are left still assigned to the schedule record.
